Organizing a workshop . . .
Years of directing and singing in volunteer choirs in our own churches have given us a perspective on music ministry which we enjoy sharing through a special workshop format. Typically, these are one day events involving both choir members and directors. Using some of our own anthems, we work on different stylistic interpretations, demonstrate a variety of rehearsal techniques, and provide vocal production tips for singers. Often we conclude with an informal worship service during which the workshop "choir" sings some of the anthems that we have rehearsed that day.
